It splits the path at the bottom of Caret Splitter Feeder: to the right, small marbles go down Caret Splitter Right Track
toward the Left Side Small Landing Zone.
Toward the left, small or medium marbles can go down Caret Splitter Left Track toward the Lowest Small-Medium Splitter where medium marbles will be sent to their left toward Front Left Medium Landing Zone and small marbles will go straight for a bit then curve along Decorative Walls after the Lowest Small-Medium Splitter
