The Second Placed Outer Spiral Support stands by the Snake Plate U-Turn Berm and next to the arch over The First Track exit. It was placed by Reversible Guy who caught the upper end which G Choppy cut off. That upper end became the Third Placed Outer Spiral Support, on the opposite side of the stage, near the Decorative Walls after the Lowest Small-Medium Splitter
